OCTOBER 16COME WALK WITH US and Thousands more at The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) Out Of The Darkness Walk at Sawyer Point in Downtown Cincinnati. As an Event Partner, Speak2Save will be available to talk, listen, share as well as offer Resources & Hope just for YOU! Whether you identify with those that have lost a loved one to suicide, are a contemplator and survivor of suicide, and/or advocate for suicide awareness and prevention in your area…this is the place for YOU! OCTOBER 18-LET’S GO TO THE Hope Bridge MOVIE! Produced and Created by our awesome Speak2Save team, the Hope Bridge Movie & Hope Bridge Event provide for a comfortable, safe place and space for addressing the tough topic to talk about…suicide. This amazing Community-Wide Event will be hosted by the Three Rivers Local School District and Mt. Zion Church and is one not to be missed!

Held at Three Rivers Performing Arts Center (General Admission event up to 1,000 seats available) you will experience a free movie, popcorn, and open discussion on how you can lower the stigma if someone you know is struggling with depression and/or thoughts of suicide. This unique event provides a safe environment to talk and have your questions answered by on-site professionals surrounding these serious topics. Depression IS treatable and suicide IS preventable. Bring a friend and we’ll see you there!

NOVEMBER 4-JOIN US at the Grant Us Hope Gala Fundraiser at 7:00pm at the Transept at Washington Park. The purpose of the Gala is to promote a rising culture of Mental Health Awareness in Ohio High Schools to lower teen suicide. Dinner stations, raffles, auctions, dancing and community fun.Visit www.grantushope.org to register for this Gala in remembrance of Grant Egbers and his inspirational spirit. Together we can turn frowns upside down and save lives.
